d’amitié

Went to business class. Went to French class.

We went to dinner at an Indian restaurant in St. Michel. It was alright—very spicy. The owners were kind of weird. Harish kept saying things with an Indian accent. He does it so well and it’s hilarious. No offense to any Indians. Oh yeah, and Harish said the dessert- "Halwa"- was delicious and his grandma made it all the time. However, it was pretty disappointing.

The best part of the day was when we went to the river and just chilled. We were there for a while just playing games and talking. One of the games we played involves saying the name of something that you can see that begins with the same letter as the last letter of the previous word… Sounds complicated, but here are some examples:
Tree
Egg
Girl
Light
etc.

It gets funny after a while when you run out of words. I ended up calling Luis an egghead and a slob, but he was so gone that he didn’t even know. We stayed a couple hours just waving at tourist ships and saying hello, and waving and dancing. They think we are locals and keep taking pictures. It was a lovely night.
